2. Contact inquiries
If you contact me through the website form, I receive your name, email address, optional company name, service interest and any message you choose to send. The form also records the contact-consent checkbox. Framer processes the submission and sends an email notification to my business mailbox. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in the form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
I use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss your request and, where appropriate, prepare a potential engagement. Processing for pre-contractual requests is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other business inquiries may be processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in responding to relevant communications. Where processing relies on consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies and consent may be withdrawn at any time. I do not use contact-form submissions to send newsletters without a separate legal basis.
4. Hosting, forms and email
This website is hosted using Framer. Framer processes technical data required to deliver and secure the website. Contact form submissions are processed through Framer and forwarded to my business email account. Framer may process and retain technical information as necessary to provide and secure the service, subject to its data processing agreement. My business email service is provided by United Domains, which processes and stores the messages.
5. External websites
This website contains links to external websites, including LinkedIn. If you follow an external link, the destination provider may process personal data under its own privacy policy.
6. International processing
Framer and its service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, Framer relies on applicable transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in its Data Processing Addendum.
7. Retention and your rights
I retain contact inquiries for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, where applicable, prepare or manage a business engagement. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless legal retention obligations apply. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. This website uses Framer Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Framer states that its native analytics does not use analytics cookies. Technical information necessary to operate and secure the website may also be processed.
